Direct Relief is a humanitarian aid organization, active in all 50 states and more than 80 countries. Pelican is proud to partner with Fisher House Foundation with product donations for multiple Fisher House events and proceed donations from pelican.com sales. Fisher House Foundation builds comfort homes where military & veteran families can stay free of charge while a loved one is recovering in the hospital. Best Defense Foundation
The Best Defense Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of our Veterans with Battlefield Return, Operation Archive and Transition Programs. In March 2019, Pelican Products supported the foundation logistically and financially in bringing seven Veterans, ranging from 91 to 98 years of age to Guam, Iwo Jima, Tinian, and Saipan. Pelican is proud to have made several product donations to Operation USA over the years. Most recently, in response to Hurricane Dorian in September of 2019, Pelican supported Operation USA’s relief efforts in The Bahamas. the form of product donation. Operation USA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping communities alleviate the effects of disaster, disease, and endemic poverty throughout the world by providing privately funded relief, reconstruction, humanitarian aid and development aid. The Pelican for Patriots program offers a complimentary Protector Case to the men and women who served in the United States, Canadian, Australian or British military in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) or Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and sacrificed a limb while protecting the freedoms we hold dear. One Tree Planted
Pelican is proud to support One Tree Planted, a charity with a mission to help individuals and businesses give back to the environment and create a healthier climate through reforestation efforts. They operate across North America, South America, Asia, Africa, and Europe. In March 2021, Pelican has donated 1,000 trees towards their reforestation efforts in Northern California. Pelican has participated in Richstone Family Center’s Christmastime gift giving activities for adopted families and also monetarily supported their Transitional Housing Program for young women just out of foster care. National Fallen Firefighters Foundation
The 2016 and 2017 Pelican Products 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb honored and remembered the FDNY firefighters who selflessly gave their lives so that others might live on 9-11-01. Each participant pays tribute to an FDNY firefighter by climbing the equivalent of the 110 stories of the World Trade Center. The company also supports the annual FDIC (Fire Department Instructors Conference) stair climb. The events benefit the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. Read More
Pelican annually supports the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation with donations toward their mission of establishing $30,000 scholarship accounts for every child who loses a parent serving in the United State Marine Corps or any Federal Law Enforcement Agency. World Blood Donor Day Blood Drive
June 11, 2018 kicked off the Pelican Products third annual blood drive events at their office locations across the United States and Canada. The multi-day community service event saves hundreds of lives and represents important aspects of Pelican Products beliefs and mission. Read More
Pelican Products’ South Deerfield location partnered with Westover Air Force Base in their Adopt-A-Family program in 2017. This partnership underscores Pelican’s commitment to giving back to our community and helping families in need. Pelican was happy to donate nearly 100 gifts and additional funds to purchase more gifts; plus collecting mittens, hats and scarves for the kids for winter. Pelican was proud to support the athletes that competed in the 2014 and 2016 Invictus Games. This event is a premiere international adaptive multi-sport event, created by Prince Harry, in which wounded, injured or sick armed services personnel and their associated veterans take part in sports including wheelchair basketball, sitting volleyball, and indoor rowing. Pelican has teamed up with Anza Elementary School (Torrance, CA) as part of the local Adopt-A-School Program. The company supports by donating employee hours toward a wide variety of school activities ranging from judging science fairs to providing student career guidance and educational events.

1736 Family Crisis Center
Pelican Products’ corporate headquarters generously donates to families in need through partnership with the 1736 Family Crisis Center, a local charity striving to help those affected by domestic violence and other unfortunate circumstances. Mt. Killimanjaro Climb
Pelican Products was proud to support disabled Navy SEAL Veteran Carlos Moleda as he climbed Africa’s Mt. Kilimanjaro to benefit the Himalayan Cataract Project (HCP). This amazing organization works to eradicate preventable and curable blindness in the developing world. Surfrider Foundation Beach Cleanup
In 2018, Pelican partnered with the South Bay Chapter of Surfrider Foundation, a grassroots non-profit environmental organization that works to protect and preserve the world's oceans, waves and beaches. Pelican employees, family and friends joined the foundation at the beach to help reduce litter and raise awareness about waste and plastic pollution.
