Regrind: Turning Imperfection into Purpose

Not every case that comes off the line passes our rigorous quality control. Sometimes a parting line is too large, or a color comes out uneven. Maybe a case picks up a surface scratch, or doesn’t form completely during molding.

Those cases don’t go to waste. We grind them down and reclaim the material, using it to create our new Vault ECO cases. This process—called regrind—allows us to divert substantial material from landfills while maintaining the structural integrity our customers demand.

Every Vault ECO case is built to the same exacting standards as our traditional Vault line. The only difference? A more varied surface texture. A unique color pattern. A subtle mark that tells a deeper story.
