Hi There! I’m Bri, a chef who turned into a hunter to source the purest form of proteins possible! In a world full of GMO’s, binders and fillers and turned to mother nature to provide me with food that was intended for our bodies. I started hunting and spearfishing for my food. As a professionally trained chef, I have worked in some of the United States most prestigious restaurants. When I started hunting I noticed a lack of wild game recipes, so I created Wilderness to Table, my web-site dedicated to chef inspired wild game recipes. Since then my little website that was meant to highlight the beauty of wild game has been turned into a tv series that can be found on Amazon and iTunes. I write for magazine, do public speaking about self-harvesting, and have two cookbooks in the works, the first book is set to release this Fall 2020. When I’m not hunting or cooking you can find me doing practically any outdoor activity, working out and traveling the world!
