Case Chronicles Contest
Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The CASE CHRONICLES (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States of America (excluding New York and Florida) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of PELICAN PRODUCTS (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on March 25, 2026, and ends on December 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST (the “Contest Period”).

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit their story via the online form at pelican.com/discover/case-chronicles. Limit one (1) entry per person.

Early Bird Reward: The first twenty-five (25) eligible submissions received after the start of the Contest Period will receive one (1) signed copy of Chris’s book, Out There (ARV: $22.95) and a $50 discount code to apply on Pelican’s website for an order value of $100 or more.

4. Selection of Winners (Judging Criteria)

This is a skill-based contest. Winners will be selected based on originality, creativity, and use of a Pelican case being critical to “the mission.”

Quarterly Winners: One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries received to date on the following schedule:

  • Q2: June 29, 2026
  • Q3: September 28, 2026
  • Q4: December 21, 2026

Grand Prize Winner: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries on or about December 28, 2026, and announced on December 30, 2026.

5. Prizes

Quarterly Prize (3 Total):
A Protector 1510 Studio Case featuring new wheels, latches, lid organizer, and in-case lighting.
ARV: $549.95 MSRP

Grand Prize (1 Total):
A trip for the winner to the California Advanced Case Center in Ontario, CA. Prize includes:

  • Round-trip coach airfare for one (1) from a major airport near the winner’s residence
  • One (1) night hotel accommodation
  • A custom design session to create a personalized Pelican case (choice of color, custom foam, and custom signature decals)

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of selection. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility/Liability Release within 72 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.

7. Intellectual Property & Publicity

By entering, you grant PELICAN PRODUCTS an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, and display your submitted story in connection with the Contest and marketing of the Sponsor’s products. Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes.

8. General Conditions & Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless PELICAN PRODUCTS and its subsidiaries from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Contest or use of any prize.

9. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Pelican Products website, located at pelican.com/about/privacy-policy.
