Exceptional Case!
  by TWAmes  ·  Fort Worth  ·  Jul 28, 2016

My iM2720 Storm Case was procured by the Navy and used to house a battlefield computer system in Iraq. Once the war was finishing we had to decommission the computers, which left the cases as surplus. I now use the case as luggage for my travels. Upon my participation to RIMPAC 2016, I noticed the wheels seizing up as the plastic exteriors split open. There are silicone in line wheels inside though which worked fine once the plastic exteriors pulled loose. I just called Pelican and a new set of wheels are en route! My Storm Case has never let me down and survived the heat of Iraq for years, being pulled across gravel, dirt and asphalt, as well as being exposed to salt water, rain, and whatever airlines do to luggage. Investing in a Storm Case is a hands-down decision as you'll have it the rest of your life.
