Paul Tritman
Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations

As Vice President of Worldwide Operations, Paul Tritman directs the activities of more than 900 Pelican staff (on four continents) to ensure that the company's ambitious worldwide manufacturing goals are met. He is also responsible for the management and improvement of every aspect of Pelican's customer-focused supply chain operations.

In his role Tritman will provide leadership for the company's supply chain operations, manufacturing engineering and quality initiatives at the global level. He is currently working with Pelican's new Consumer Electronics Division to design world class manufacturing operations that support the fast-paced and ever-changing needs of the consumer market. Long term, Tritman will focus on introducing new technologies, automation and best in class production processes to drive and improve Pelican's competitive edge in the plastics manufacturing industry.

Tritman has an extensive record of developing manufacturing advancement strategies at his previous organizations and has demonstrated success in creating value while improving customer satisfaction, quality and safety. He has also led diverse teams of professionals in highly competitive markets and fast-paced environments and has proven success in global supply chain management with respect to achieving efficiency, cost reduction, continuous improvement, strategic sourcing and on-time performance. In addition to serving in Senior Operations Executive roles, Paul has additional experience overseeing teams in Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering and Program Management.

Prior to joining Pelican, he worked for more than 21 years as a Senior Operations Executive successfully leading diverse teams with a wide range of global corporations that include Eaton's Cooper Power Systems, Timken Aerospace, Hubbell Wiring Systems, Texas Instruments and United Technology Corporation. Tritman's international experience includes the oversight of operations facilities in Canada, Switzerland, Puerto Rico, Mexico, China, Netherlands, Italy, the United Kingdom, Brazil and Australia. He has also worked closely with joint ventures in Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Tritman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from Hofstra University in New York, as well as a Master's of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
