Pelican™ Introduces One-Man Arsenal

Torrance, CA -
Homeland Security just got a little more secure with the introduction of the 1780 Weapons Case from Pelican™ Products, Inc.
The 1780 Weapons Case features a quick-loading, lockable cross bar and a rotationally molded insert to secure and protect up to twelve M16’s or M4’s and ammo magazines.
Engineered for one-person mobility, the case features two double-wide handles and dual sets of polyurethane wheels with stainless steel ball bearings and nylon hubs for extended towing durability.
With nearly 14,000 cubic inches of usable storage space, the case sports an integrated manual pressure regulation valve to eliminate vacuum lock and a humidity monitor gauge (with visible signal) to guard against condensation.
Like all Pelican Protector™ Cases, the 1780’s engineering-grade polymer, open cell-core wall construction protects sensitive equipment from some of the most extreme conditions on Earth. Additional standard features include a lid equipped with a polymer o-ring for a dust and waterproof seal and dual action latches that have been tested to a failure threshold of nearly 400 pounds (but open with a light pull). Genuine Pelican Cases are fully stackable and can always be spotted by the distinctive, trademarked “Dual Band” design.
Additional 1780 Case models include a 10-gun version with high-grade custom foam (includes lockable cross-bar, manual pressure equalization valve and humidity gauge) and another without the gun rack that acts as a transport case (includes automatic Gore-TEX® pressure equalization valve).
The deluxe twelve-gun-version of the 1780 Weapons Case has an MSRP of $999.95, and is backed by Pelican’s Legendary Lifetime Guarantee of Excellence: “you break it, we replace it…forever.”™
