[LIVE UPDATES] The Flying Dagger: Pelican Pro Jeb Corliss Takes on Jianglangshan Mountain

Submitted by on September 23, 2013 – 2:40 pm3 Comments

Jeb Corliss, renowned wingsuit pilot, Pelican Pro and now, the Flying Dagger, is at it again and he’s taking on the “three fingers” of China’s Jianglanshan Mountain. As the dagger in a high-flying, life-or-death knife game, Jeb Corliss will fly for more than 900 feet through Jianglangshan Mountain’s fingers, maintaining only 4 feet of space on each side of his outstretched Flying Dagger wingsuit. When he comes out the other side of Jianglanshan Mountain, he will deploy his parachute at just 300 feet of altitude.

The Flying Dagger will take on Jianglangshan Mountain at 1PM Saturday in China and 1AM EST in America. Check out a live stream here and stay tuned to this blog for footage first thing Saturday morning, as well as photos and interviews with Jeb leading up to Flying Dagger’s historic flight. Fantastic.

I’d like to see more vids including background vids in China. The culture seems very nice and interesting.
