Emilio Frattaruolo
Product Engineer
As a Product Engineer, Emilio Frattaruolo brings nearly 10 years of packaging science and cold chain expertise to his position. His responsibilities include the Pelican BioPharma product line development, extensions, and improvements while concurrently managing the activities of engineering and technical teams in both the Torrance and South Deerfield facilities.
Prior to joining Pelican, Emilio served in a variety of cold chain packaging engineering and consultant positions at prominent companies that include Bristol-Myers Squibb, Becton Dickinson and Sanofi Pasteur. His extensive pharmaceutical and medical device industry experience includes work in GMP environments, as well as cold chain packaging and thermal design testing.
He is a Certified Packaging Professional (IoPP CPP) and has completed Bristol-Myers Squibb Kaizen Leader Training (Lean Sigma). Additionally he holds a Bachelor of Science, Packaging Science, Technical Option from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
