QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTORS

Pelican is looking for a Quality Assurance Inspectors who, under general supervision, will perform receiving, in-process and final inspection and testing on incoming parts, first articles, work in-process and finished goods and also maintains quality control records and reports.

* High school diploma & 1 year mechanical inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
* Ability to read blue prints on a basic level, determine standards and relate drawings of parts to the actual parts.
* Must have excellent communication and basic math skills.
* Ability to use measuring tools including calipers, micrometers levelers, triangles & pin gauges.
* Must be available for 3 shift rotations.
* Must be flexible with work schedules and be available to work overtime on evenings and weekends, with or without advanced notice.
* Must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
